  • What is the appointment cancellation policy?

    Studio Z Skincare requires a 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid a $25 fee charged to your account. They understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and a 24-hour notice allows them the opportunity to fill the appointment slot with another client from their cancellation list. 


    If you're unable to make your appointment, you can transfer it to a family member or friend without incurring any charges. However, if you do not call to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, 50% of the reserved appointment's cost will be charged. Studio Z Skincare appreciates your business and values your time as well as the time of their employees.

  • Can I transfer my appointment to someone else without a fee?

    Yes, if you cannot make your appointment, you can give it to a family member or friend who is able to make the reserved time without any additional charges. Studio Z Skincare understands that sometimes plans change, and they are more than happy to accommodate this change without penalizing you, as long as the appointment slot is filled.
